Visits from Liza and Auntie Boo (by Ella -- a post that should have been put up in March!)

[Dad note...there is a bit of a time gap here --- missed posting this one before we left Costa Rica!] We just had two more visitors come to Costa Rica!  One was my friend Liza (from Milton) and the other was my aunt “auntie boo”. First I am going to talk about Liza's visit.  For the entire year while I was in costa rica, both Liza and I begged our moms to see if Liza could come to Costa Rica and one day our moms said YES!

The first day that Liza was here, I showed her my house. It was fun to show her my room and to play on the hammock and trampoline with her. It was also fun laughing and talking with her. I also loved watching a movie and eating popcorn and candy during our sleepover.  My parents let me sleep out in the little guest cabin with Liza. THE SLEEPOVER WAS SO FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The next day Liza and I woke up really early and went to La Paz Waterfall Gardens with our moms!!  On the ride to La Paz, Liza and I counted all the animals we saw. We saw about 115 ANIMALS during the ride. When we arrived, liza and I were soooooo excited to see all of the animals in the animal rescue reserve.

Our favorite animals were baby bunnies because we got to pet them and they were soooooo cute! Also while we were there, Liza and I saved a butterfly whose wings were broken. Even though we were scared of holding the butterfly we managed to pick it up and put it on the food tray in the butterfly garden so it would stay alive.

Any-who, we saw many cool animals and when we came back to the house it was already late.  We ate some dinner and then we played laser tag outside and watched beautiful fireworks in the dark night sky, while we all jumped on the trampoline – even our moms jumped and watched the fireworks! Then Liza and I went back to the guest cabin and ate some popcorn, watched a movie and went to sleep.

The next day we woke up early and Liza and Mrs. Hayes left for the airport. Liza and I were so sad when we had to say good by to each other. But it won't be that long until we saw each other again. Very soon after that, my aunt -- “Auntie Boo” -- came to COSTA RICA!!!!!!!!! For the first 2 nights when auntie boo was visiting, I was on a camping trip with my class. But my siblings , my parents and Auntie Boo said that they had a lot of fun those two days.

And then on the third day I came back from camping and I saw AUNTIE BOO!!!  That day me, my mom, Auntie Boo and my little sister were all dancing together and listening to all these different songs. IT WAS REALLY FUN!!!!!!! Also my aunt ,my mom, Li-Li and I were all jumping on the trampoline together. It was funny watching my mom and my aunt jump on a trampoline.  : )

It was a fun night!

The next day we had to go to the school for report cards and Auntie Boo had to go back to the airport.  It was sad. but just like when Liza left, I knew that it wouldn't be that long a wait until we are back in Milton.

Those were two very fun visits.  I can't wait for our next adventures!
