Manuel Antonio (Weekend Trip)
A bunch of pics from our long weekend in Manuel Antonio including pics from…
1. Around the hotel (Si Como No): Self explanatory which ones are from the hotel. If you see someone going down a water slide, you can assume that was NOT from the night hike through the rain forest. : )
2. Hike through the Manuel Antonio National Park: Lots of cool wildlife pics (golden orb weaver spider, two and three toed sloths, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, squirrel monkeys, agoutis, etc.
3. Beach trips and pics from walking around town
4. Mangrove tour: boat trip through the mangrove…monkeys on the boat, boa hanging over the boat, some cool birds from alongside the boat, mangrove shots, etc.
5. Night hike: Jack, Charlie and I went on the night hike. Pretty cool. Tarantulas, toads galore, vine snakes, etc. All spotted with the use of flashlights (without which we would have wandered off the path into the home of the tarantulas and snakes. : )
